We were lucky enough to experience their popular brunch menu twice and wow… it did not disappoint! 🙌🏻 I mean… that is by far the most beautiful French toast I have ever seen in my life 😂 Brunch at The Pembroke is popular, and tends to book out, so if you’re planning a visit while you’re in D.C. This weekend, we checked into the fabulous (look at the room!!!! 😱) @dupontcirclehotel (part of @thedoylecollection ☘️) in Washington D.C., to celebrate Irish Heritage Month 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

During the month of March, to celebrate their own Irish heritage, the hotel is offering a number of Irish inspired dishes and drinks! 💚🤍🧡 Having spent the weekend testing all of the above LOL, I can confirm that the food and the drinks are delicious, and the service is very worthy of the hotel’s amazing reviews and reputation! 🌟

I highly recommend a visit to the hotel’s Michelin recommended restaurant … @thepembrokedc and afterwards, a trip across the hall to @doylebardc for some Irish county inspired cocktails or maybe a pint of Guinness 😉💚 A huge thank you to the hotel for having us, it was an absolute pleasure ☘️ #collab
